Laurence is a specialist executive search and recruitment firm providing quality permanent and contract placements within the Facilities Management, Manufacturing & Industrial, Agri-care and Healthcare sectors.

The Laurence story began in 2010 when founder; Rebecca Laurence returned to Australia from working in the Middle East as a senior executive and found herself back in the local job market.

Rebecca’s experience with recruitment firms was a frustrating one, and she realised she had often hired some incredible people during her career who had ongoing successful careers, so she took a leap of faith with her leadership experience within Business Management and combined these skills to launch Laurence Recruitment.
