Rebecca brings 25 years of experience in B2B sales and business development across a variety of industry sectors, from Direct Sales and developing leaders to B2B solution selling in the Industrial, Environmental, Logistics and Facilities Management space.
Rebecca also started up the hygiene services business of a major property services group based in Melbourne which grew into a profitable multi-million dollar operation. Whilst living and working in the Middle East, Rebecca developed and managed many multi-national clients that included the Qatar Museum of Islamic Art, Shell, Qatar Gas, Sasol, QTel, Mersk, Leighton International, Standard Chartered, and Al Jazeera.
It was during that her time overseas that her passion for developing HR processes, sales teams, and helping organisations change their Sales Management culture with finding the right people, that Laurence Recruitment was born…finding the hard to find. Her personal interests center on supporting humanitarian causes such as Women’s Rights & Education, organisations that help disadvantaged people, and groups against poverty.

Dean is the Non-Executive Director of Laurence Recruitment and brings a wealth of knowledge in Business Advisory, Financial & Strategy Consulting, and Financial Psychology.
He is currently an Executive Director of the Winslow Group, and in addition sits on the board at Bendigo Health, part of the Victorian State Government Health Network, is Chairman of Harbour Fitness, is Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee and Treasurer at ERMHA, Treasurer of the Victorian Cancer Council Relay for Life, and is a Director at Redela Pty. Ltd.
Dean brings more than 30 years senior financial and general management experience with blue chip multinationals at CEO/CFO level, and directly supports the team with strategy and senior executive appointments. His many interests involve around the charity and community work, golf, market trading investments, fitness and a lovely drop of wine.
Both Paige and Jess provide a range of office managerial and support services with responsibilities including overseeing day-to-day processes, upkeep of the office and general team support and are the first point of contact for clients, business contacts and candidates. Both have many years of experience office management and office support and form an integral part to our business.
